Tarun Goyal is a Software Engineer with over 9 years of experience in networking, system integration, and project delivery.He currently serves as Manager (M2) for IT Infrastructure and Cybersecurity at RevFin Services Pvt. Ltd., where he oversees cybersecurity compliance, including ISO27001 and RBI frameworks, supports in-house development teams, and enhances the organization's IT infrastructure.

Previously, he worked as a Project Manager at Cybrotech Digiventure Pvt. Ltd., cultivating long-term client relationships, guiding cybersecurity compliance initiatives, and developing strategic partnerships to navigate competitive markets. His career also includes roles as Senior Software Analyst at KSM Software and Software Analyst at Digital Info Solutions, where he managed projects involving CMS software upgrades, custom development frameworks, and back-office system solutions.

Tarun's early career as Associate Technology L1 at Avizva Solutions involved projects for a major telecom client, restructuring websites and backend systems for enhanced functionality. His academic foundation includes a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from the Manipal Institute of Technology and secondary education in Mathematics and Computer Science from DPS RK Puram.

He holds certifications in Advanced Cybersecurity from Stanford University, Cybersecurity Foundations from IIT Delhi, and Google System Administration via Coursera. Tarun has been associated with Sankalpa since its inception and actively participates in its activities, reflecting his dedication to community welfare. Shruti Arora has over 4 years of experience in client servicing, portfolio analysis, and process coordination. Currently, she is a Consultant at Meri Punji IMF Pvt. Ltd., where Her role involves validating KYC, processing applications, and analyzing market trends using tools like NSE, CAMS, and Karvy.

Previously, Shruti worked as a Valuation Experience Associate at BDO RISE India Pvt. Ltd., where she researched and validated financial data and ensured compliance with internal policies. At Citi Corp, she contributed to process efficiency through data validation, reporting, and portfolio reconciliation for various mutual fund types. Her early career at Wipro HR Services Pvt. Ltd. involved document management and process automation, demonstrating her organizational skills.

Shruti holds an MBA in Financial Management from IMT CDL, Ghaziabad, and a B.Com degree from the University of Delhi. Beyond her professional endeavors, Shruti has been associated with Sankalpa for over a year, actively participating in feeding initiatives and other community activities, reflecting her commitment to social welfare.

With 26+ years of experience, Sanjay Aggarwal is a seasoned corporate law and finance professional, blending expertise in legal compliance, governance, and strategic financial management. As an FCS and MBA (Finance), he excels in financial planning, risk management, cost optimization, and corporate structuring.

A skilled negotiator, he manages fund/non-fund facilities, debtors control, and regulatory compliance while aligning financial strategies with business goals. His analytical approach and governance expertise drive operational excellence and sustainable growth.

Sangeeta Gemawat is a dedicated member of our volunteer community, actively participating in a range of initiatives—including food distribution programs for underprivileged children.

With a Master's degree in Sociology, Sangeeta brings a thoughtful, people-centered approach to everything she does. Her diverse life experiences, having lived in Jaipur, Goa, Jodhpur, and Delhi, have instilled in her a profound cultural sensitivity and a genuine empathy for individuals from all walks of life.
